This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Big Music Games (“Application”) that was created by Brooklyn Music Factory, LLC. The Application allows users to play all-ages appropriate music games on a web app.
Children’s Privacy
We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Our applications are fully COPPA compliant, and Big Music Games does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Only parents are allowed to create accounts and profiles. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@bigmusicgames.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
School & Teacher Privacy
For school owners & teachers, we ask for your Google account information so all unique content captured by you stays safe and secure in your proprietary Google account. We will never access and use unique content created by teachers and schools of students and families from within a GSuite account without written permission from the account holder.
If a school owner or teacher becomes aware that Big Music Games.com has been provided information without their consent, they should contact us at privacy@bigmusicgames.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
Google user data usage:
This app uses Teacher's Google Drive access, to create/edit/delete Lesson folders. These folders are for Lesson reports and it's attachments are stored into lesson folder.
Gmail API usage:
This app uses Teacher's Gmail access, in this way App can create/edit/send/list/delete drafts and emails, These emails are related to above mentioned 'Google user date usage' and emails are based on lesson reports.
User Provided Information:
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and create a login for the Application. When you use the Application, you generally provide (a) name and email address of the adult responsible for the application (b) information you provide us when you contact us for help. We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
Automatically Collected Information:
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device or computer, your operating system, the type of Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application. This Application does not collect precise information about your location.
Our app never displays third party ads, and we never share your information with third parties whatsoever. However, we may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
● as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
● when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
● with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by unsubscribing.
What do we do with Your Information?
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at privacy@bigmusicgames.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
